Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

Cancellation Policy:

  • ✅ Cancel 14+ days before check-in: Full refund (excluding payment processing fee)

  • 🟡 Cancel 7–14 days before check-in: 50% refund (excluding payment processing fee)

  • ❌ Cancel within 7 days: No refund
     

Reschedule Policy:

We understand plans can change. You may request one free reschedule at least 7 days prior to check-in.

  • The new booking must be used within 3 months and is subject to availability.

  • If the new dates are more expensive, you’ll need to pay the difference.

  • No refund if the new dates are cheaper.

  • Only one reschedule is allowed. Once confirmed, the booking cannot be canceled or changed again.

Wix Payments Fee Disclosure:

  • All bookings are processed through Wix Payments, which charges 3.5% per transaction.

  • This fee is non-refundable, even if a refund is requested.

7 Days & 30 Days Discount Policy

We offer special weekly and monthly discounts for guests who meet the minimum stay requirements. To apply these discounts, simply enter the provided promo code at the time of payment.

How It Works:

 

  • Weekly Discount (7 Days):

    Applied to stays of 7 consecutive nights or more.

  • Monthly Discount (30 Days):

    Applied to stays of 30 consecutive nights or more, following Airbnb’s 30-night definition.

     

    • This means 30 nights in a row, not calendar months.

    • For example, a stay from March 10 to April 9 qualifies as one full 30-night block.

 

 These discounts are calculated in night blocks, not calendar dates.

How to Use:

 

To apply your discount:

 

  • Copy the given promotion code.

  • Paste it into the [Promo Code] field during the Reservation Details step.

  • Click Apply — your discount will be automatically reflected in the total.

Important Note:

 

  • If you enter a promo code but your stay does not meet the required length, your reservation will be canceled.

 

We recommend double-checking your stay dates before applying a discount code.
